 Committees

 

Executive:

The Executive Committee shall consist of the Co-Chairs, Co-Vice Chairs, Past Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. The EC shall be responsible for developing collaborative and committee structure, monitoring collaborative goals, and guiding the collaborative process.

The Executive Committee meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at Monarch Place, 11:00 am.

 

Budget/Finance:

The Budget and Finance Committee shall assist with budget preparations and financial reporting, review program financial reports, review and approve changes to budgets, and assist with fundraising and grant writing efforts.

The Budget/Finance Committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at CCR, Holly Pointe Bldg, 4th Floor, 8:30 am.

 

Butler County Family Advisory Committee- The mission of the Butler County Family Advisory Committee is to ensure the voice of families is heard and understood within the human service system and to provide information about services and resources to our community.

 

Family Development Credentialing Instructors- Community-based instructors trained through the Pennsylvania state FDC training and credentialing system. These individuals can be state, health, and human service trainers and instructors. FDC is a professional development course and credentialing program for frontline family workers to learn and practice skills of strength-based family support.

 

Resource Development and Training:

The Resource Development and Training Committee shall identify systemic resource and training needs, develop options and alternatives and offer recommendations to the BCF.

The Resource Development and Training Committee meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at Monarch Place, 8:30 am.

 

Substance Abuse Community Taskforce- The Butler County Substance Abuse Community Taskforce identifies community needs and works to meet those needs through organizations and individuals. The taskforce educates our community on drug and alcohol related topics, initiates new programs, and assists in their implementation.

 

YINO (Youth Impacting New Opportunities)- The mission of Y.I.N.O. (Youth Impacting New Opportunities) is to ensure the “voice” of youth is heard as equal partners in the development and receipt of services.
